EASY HR RECORDS for SAP improves the entire capturing and management process for SAP personnel documents.
EASY HR RECORDS for SAP includes a control center for capturing and displaying personnel documents in SAP systems. Linking and managing documents to personnel management records (personnel number, info types or info subtypes) is performed to ArchiveLink specifications in SAP HR. This makes documents accessible in the classic SAP HR system, and allows displaying them concisely via EASY HR RECORDS for SAP.
FLEXIBILITY RIGHT FROM THE START 
Personnel documents can be automatically pre-categorized (e.g. to document type or personnel number) directly after the scan process, or directly be passed within SAP without further qualification to the solution's control center.
The scanned originals are passed unchanged to the secure archive system, and can therefore be directly displayed from SAP including all authorized users.
The prepared document records are simply assigned to personnel numbers and information types via selection lists within the EASY HR RECORDS for SAP control center. Of course, HR records can be conveniently displayed.
A BIRD'S EYE VIEW OF DOSSIERS
The actual personnel file concisely displays all available files to selectable criteria and also pending or missing documents. Access here is from the entire available personnel record. Thus, cross-corporate questions such as on the expiration date of specific qualifications can be answered with a few mouse clicks.
From this personnel file, individual documents can also be re-assigned to other info types. Thus, documents previously assigned only generally to a personnel number can be subsequently categorized very specifically to info types or subtypes. Of course, all changes to document assignments within SAP are logged, and are traceable right from the start.

EASY HR RECORDS for SAP works on the basis of the SAP basic technologies SAP Idoc and SAP ArchiveLink. It is interleaved and closely interacts with SAP HR. All document links within personnel files also take direct effect in SAP HR. Re-assigned personnel documents can be directly called from displaying the HR records in SAP HR (e.g. Transaction PA20).
