Manfred A. Manfred A. Wagner is senior executive of a medium-sized company with a staff of some 5,000 and numerous international relations.

 

Its activities range from logistics through electronics and industry packaging up to systems companies and software production. Manfred A. Wagner himself had already been in a responsible position with various IT companies, and has been a member of the Supervisory Board of EASY SOFTWARE AG since October 7, 2002.

Prof. Dr. Helmut Balzer


Prof. Dr. Hemut Balzert holds the chair in the Software/Technology department at the Ruhr University of Bochum, Germany. After studying electrical engineering and computer science, including graduation, he worked in businesses for eleven years. His department’s application-oriented research resulted in founding otris software AG company in Dortmund, and W3L GmbH (Web Life Long Learning) company in Witten.

 

Prof. Balzert’s research areas include the fields of generating Web applications and innovative e-learning systems. He is a member of the supervisory board at Schleupen AG of Moers. In collaboration with the technical college of Dortmund and W3L GmbH, he has designed and developed the innovative online bachelor coursework named “Web and Media Computer Science”. He is the dean of studies for this coursework.

 

He has been a member of the Supervisory Board of EASY SOFTWARE AG since December 17, 2008.

  • Apprenticeship at District Court Düsseldorf. Secondary employment with an attorney and tax consultant during apprenticeship.
  • 1996: Admission to the German bar at District Court Düsseldorf.
  • Initially working for a tax consultant as a self-employed person; at the same time setting up his own office
  • 2003: Admission to the Higher Regional Court Düsseldorf
  • Spokesman of the Schutzgemeinschaft der Kapitalanleger e.V. (SdK – Association for the Protection of Capital Investors)
  • Foreign languages: English (written and spoken)
