With the launch of its subsidiary EASY ENTERPRISE SERVICES GmbH in Mülheim an der Ruhr (Germany) EASY SOFTWARE AG took a logical step towards the future markets of CloudComputing and OEM.

EASY ENTERPRISE SERVICES GmbH (EES) is a subsidiary of EASY SOFTWARE AG. EES has been actively operating in the market since early 2011. It aims to focus on the new future issues in the ECM environment and on developing new market segments for EASY SOFTWARE AG in addition to its current business operations. This market development relates to contents, i.e. to the EASY product suite, and to the associated new distribution channels and models.

In this context, EES primarily covers the "CloudComputing" and "OEM" segments within the EASY Group. In the previously mentioned business units EES provides an extensive performance suite beginning with hosting and outsourcing offers, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) services through to KPMG-certified OEM archive components.

Its activities concentrate on servicing the market via strong partnership alliances, both with operators of Cloud platforms and computer centers, as well as with software manufacturers (ISVs).

EASY SOFTWARE GmbH of Salzburg was first established in 1994 as an EASY distributor to install a partner network covering all of Austria. Over the years, cooperations with partner companies in Innsbruck, Dorbirn, Salzburg, Linz, Vienna, and Klagenfurt were built.

An essential step taken in 1997 was the partner agreement with Gemdat Oberösterreich (Upper Austria), with whom all Austrian community administrations were equipped with EASY software. Since 1999, EASY SOFTWARE Austria has had certified partners in Archiv Austria, Vienna, and S4 Informationssysteme, Innsbruck, for its SAP business.

In tandem with its partners, EASY SOFTWARE Austria has implemented some 500 installations throughout Austria. Its customers include Gemeinnützige Wohnbaugesellschaft Salzburg (a public housing association), Salzburger AG für Elektrizitätswirtschaft, AHT Cooling Systems, Tiroler Wasserkraftwerke AG (hydroelectric power station), TUI Reisen (travel agency), Stiebel-Eltron, Voight Pharma, Tilo Holzverarbeitung (wood manufacturer), Papernet, and the municipal council of Innsbruck.
