EASY SOFTWARE AG

Effective February 15, 2012, the Supervisory Board appointed Mr. Claus M. Flury member of the Management Board. Being a business IT specialist, Mr. Flury has longtime management experience he gained in industry and IT service companies in Germany and abroad. Claus Flury held executive positions, among others, at Triumph International and Siemens AG; until his function as a member of the Management Board at EASY SOFTWARE AG, he had been responsible for the Application Systems division as a member of the executive board of the IT provider gkv Informatik.

Effective May 1, 2007, the EASY SOFTWARE Supervisory Board elected Mr. Andreas C. Nowottka member of the Management Board. Mr. Nowottka has been working at EASY SOFTWARE for more than ten years. He has been CEO in the area of competence ECM of BITKOM since December 2011.
